What happens if I have a mix of pre-order and in stock items in my order?

We will put your in stock items away safely until pre-order items arrive, then we will ship out once we can fulfill your order completely.
If I have a mix of in stock and pre-order items can I have the in stock items sent out earlier?

Absolutely, we can arrange a second shipping quote if you are needing your in stock items prior to the arrival of pre-order items.
What payments options do I have to pay for my order?

We offer card payments like Visa, Mastercard and more.
Do you price match other sellers?

No we don’t. However we will look at what price other sellers are and have sold specific models for and may be influenced but generally based on what we have paid for the items and then allowing for a profit margin to run the business. We also have a MSRP to follow for pre-orders and if we price under to try and have the best price we risk losing the ability to place future orders with our suppliers.
Do you purchase stock/collections if I’m looking to sell?

Do you ship worldwide?

No, currently we are offering shipping to Australia wide. However if you would like shipping outside of these countries we can do you a custom shipping quote based on the items you would like to purchase and the weight and demeans of box required. I’ve moved/moving house and need to change my address on my pre-orders, how do I do so?

Not a problem at all, get in touch with us at sales@ozdiecastfanatics.com.au with your order number, name and new address and we will sort that out for you.
