Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide)

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the time of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

• Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. The available methods and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.

• Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or public holidays.

 

International Shipping

• Currently, we offer shipping to Australian addresses only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at sales@ozdiecastfanatics.com.au with details of the items you wish to purchase, and we will provide a custom shipping quote based on the weight and dimensions of the package.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

• Combined Fulfillment: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the in-stock items until the pre-order items arrive to fulfill your order completely.

• Partial Shipment Option: If you wish to receive the in-stock items earlier, we can arrange a separate shipment for an additional shipping fee. Please contact us at sales@ozdiecastfanatics.com.au to discuss this option.
